Lead Architect
A native of the United Kingdom and New Zealand, Adrian Koch is a long-time Phuket resident with a career in design and development spanning more than four decades. As the company’s architect, Adrian is always ready to advise on custom design solutions that buyers may request.
His extensive knowledge in construction allows him to create design solutions based on structure and functionality. Key projects in his portfolio include Surin Springs and Villa Santi. Based in Sweden, Mikael Glahns is the financial director, partner, and investor of E Land Development Co., Ltd.
